We have used Prime Heating & Cooling for both repair and routine maintenance and are very happy with their service and cost.  James Watson has been out to our home on two occasions now and he is quick and efficient is diagnosing and fixing issues.  Outside of the HVAC work he has done for us he seems like a super nice guy based on the casual conversations I have had with him. Had a great experience with James W. today. He came out to service our mini split and tankless Navien. He took time to educate us on both units and was extremely thorough with his cleaning process.
