Amazing amazing.amazing.  Furnace did not work while on generator during the blizzard of 2026. We had no heat or hot water. I called they said once power comes back and the road is plowed a little, they would be right out. 2 hours later the road was passable and power came back on but the furnace still did not work. 9/29/2026 Excellent customer service! Mike completed our annual furnace cleaning today, and we are extremely pleased with the service. He is exceptionally thorough, very professional, very polite, and he kept us informed throughout the process. After completing the cleaning and resolving some issues that he found, he gave us detailed information about the furnace and some recommendations which are very helpful!

1/19/2025 Excellent customer service once again!  I called Prime Heating this morning about a possible problem with our oil tank. The technician who came to check the tank was polite, professional, and very thorough.  Fortunately, no problems were found and we have an explanation for the issue for which we called Prime.

First Review:  We are new customers with Prime Heating & Cooling, LLC.   Michael just finished our annual furnace cleaning and we are extremely pleased with the service.  Michael was polite, thorough, and very professional.  After completing the cleaning, he gave us detailed information about the furnace which was very helpful.  Excellent customer service!

8/27/2024  Last Friday, we found a small amount of oil on our basement floor. The smell of oil was obvious and we assumed that there was a leak.  The tank was 60 years old and it was clearly time for a replacement. We called Prime Heating & Cooling, explained the situation and within an hour a technician arrived.  James found a leak on the bottom of the tank and was able to put a temporary patch in place.  He was very polite, professional, and provided us with information about the process to have the tank replaced.  I called the office and we were able to schedule the replacement for today.

The technicians who were here today to remove the old tank and install the new tank did an absolutely outstanding job!  Victor,  Kevin, Luigi, and Dan completed the removal of the old tank and the installation of the new tank in 2 1/2 hours. They were all polite, professional, very hard working, and absolutely terrific!    They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area.  We are very pleased and very impressed with the work that was done today!  Of note; I am extremely sensitive to oil and gas smells.  I was a bit concerned about how bad the smell might be while the work was being done but remarkably there was only a faint oil smell and it dissipated within a few hours.
